Rogue Trader Friday (Modeling): Epic Imperial Guard
As a companion to my Rogue Trader posts at From the Warp, we take a look at the Imperial Guard on an Epic scale.
I would love to be able to field an Imperial Guard army with small detachments of Space Marines in a non-Apocalypse or Demon Hunter game.
I would have to imagine this is more "true to life" on how both arms of the Imperial forces would operate.
I also wouldn't mind if Epic was updated and new models released for it.

Do it man! Take a look at the FW Epic models and some of the newer GW sculpts, like the Valkyrie etc. I personally think its the best game GW has ever made, so I'd really recommend giving it a go!
ReplyDeleteCome and check out my blog to see an Epic IG army in progress.
My how the Thunderhawks have evolved over the years. Those are old Thunderhawks aren't they?
ReplyDeleteAaah, the memories ... It's the buildings at the back that fascinate me the most, though. How something basically gray can be that striking.
ReplyDeleteI think I have the WD where that army played (against Eldar?) Damn, poor kids these days. Let's play...40k? I think there's another game too but I can't remember what it is.
ReplyDeleteI think I remember that army from WD (fighting Eldar?) Nice one. Pooer kids these days...40k or WFB.
